Navratri today

Which day of Navratri is today?

Navratri is not running today in Udaipur. The next, Sharad Navratri 2026, begins with Ghatasthapana on 11 October 2026, Sunday — 3 days from today — and runs to 19 October 2026, Monday. Day one's colour is Orange.

Every date below is computed for New Delhi. Open the festival's own page to move it to your city — an observance decided at moonrise, such as Karwa Chauth, can genuinely fall on a different day elsewhere.

Nine days

Sharad Navratri 2026, day by day

The day number counts calendar days from Ghatasthapana; the tithi column shows the tithi running at each sunrise, which decides whose puja the day carries. When one tithi spans two sunrises it appears twice, and a tithi that touches no sunrise is named on the day it runs through.

Today's tithi in another city

Sunrise decides which day a tithi names, and sunrise differs across India by well over an hour — so on some days the tithi itself, not only the clock time, differs between two cities on this list.
