Accounts and the details you give us
Birth details
Readings need your date, time and place of birth. You confirm the details you enter are yours to provide, or that you have permission to enter someone else's.
Accuracy
Results are calculated from what you enter. An inaccurate birth time changes the ascendant and house positions, and we cannot correct for details we were not given.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, resell readings as your own, or use it to harass anyone.
Payments
Plans, coins and refunds
What is paid
Unlimited AI chat, the comprehensive report and the Vastu analysis are paid. The basic Vastu tools, charts, Panchang and matching are free.
Coins
Coins are a prepaid balance for AI messages. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable between accounts.
Personalised reports are final
Successful personalised report purchases are non-refundable. The digital report is created for the chart attached to the order and cannot be returned once delivered. Duplicate charges and verified technical non-delivery are handled as payment corrections.
Where you bought it matters
Purchases made inside the Android or iOS app are handled by Google Play or Apple, and any refund request follows their process — we cannot issue a store refund on their behalf. Website payment corrections are handled by us.
Cancelling
Cancel a store subscription in the Play Store or App Store. Deleting your Swarn Siddhi account does not cancel it, and you will keep being charged until you cancel it there.

What a reading is, and what it is not
Guidance, not advice
Readings are for reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice, and must not be relied on in place of a qualified professional.
No guaranteed outcomes
Nothing here predicts or promises an event. Decisions you take after a reading remain yours.
AI-written explanations
Wording may be generated by an AI model. The underlying planetary positions, Panchang values and matching scores are calculated deterministically, not invented by the model — but AI phrasing can still be imperfect.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and features may change or be withdrawn.

Our content
The software, written interpretations and design are ours. Your generated reports are yours to keep and share.
Ending access
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. You can delete yours at any time from Settings.
Changes
These terms may change. Material changes will be reflected in the date above, and continued use means you accept them.
