Exact birth moment and place
Planetary positions come from Swiss Ephemeris calculations using Lahiri ayanamsa. The report uses the birth date, time and place you submit rather than a stored reading for a sun sign.
No invented human review
The chart rules and interpretive templates are applied by software. Nobody reads your chart by hand, and there is no waiting period presented as evidence of expert review.
Its limits are part of the product
The report does not guarantee an event, diagnose a condition or give an exact date on which something must happen. Conflicting chart factors and birth-time sensitivity are stated rather than smoothed over.

What details do you need?
Your date of birth, birth time and place of birth. Review them before generating: the ascendant, houses and readings built on them can change when the time or location changes.
What if my birth time is only a guess?
Some parts can still be useful, but not all parts have the same stability. The Moon, Nakshatra, dashas and numerology usually move less; the ascendant and house-based reading can move substantially. The report states this sensitivity rather than treating a guessed time as exact.
Is an astrologer personally writing it?
No. Swiss Ephemeris positions and the chart rules are computed by software. People wrote and reviewed the interpretive templates, safety rules and wording, but nobody reads each chart by hand.
How and when do I receive it?
It is calculated when you request it, with no queue or email delivery window. You can read it in the browser, print it, or save it as HTML or PDF. The reader supports English, Hindi and Hinglish.
Will I be charged again for the same chart?
No. Once the Comprehensive Report is owned for that chart, generating it again does not charge for a second copy. A new purchase can instead be used for another chart.
Can I get a refund?
