No. Luna is an AI astrologer - software, not a person. No human reads your questions or writes the replies. It is labelled as AI throughout and is not presented as a human consultation.
Yes. The app has a separate consultation request - open Library, then Experts, and use 'Request a call back'. You leave your name, number, topic and preferred time, and a person calls you. That flow is human from the first step; Luna is not part of it.
Because a useful answer needs your chart. In the app Luna can see your dasha period, current transits and house placements before it answers; a box on a public page has none of that and can only answer generically.
It can offer general reflective context, but it cannot replace a qualified professional or make a safety-critical decision for you.
