Guru Hora — Jupiter hora timings today
The next Guru hora in Rishikesh begins at 1:03 PM and runs to 2:01 PM.
A hora is one planetary hour. Twenty-four of them fill the Vedic day — twelve of daylight, twelve of night — and their lords repeat in a fixed order starting from the lord of the weekday, so every planet gets three or four turns and Guru is one of them.

The seven planetary horas
Rahu and Ketu never rule a hora, which is why there are seven of these pages and not nine.
How hora timings are calculated
Sunrise and sunset come from the Swiss Ephemeris for the selected city and today's date. Daylight is divided into twelve equal parts and the night into twelve more. The first hora of the day belongs to the lord of the weekday, and the lords then run Sun, Venus, Mercury, Moon, Saturn, Jupiter, Mars and round again — the Chaldean order, which is also where the names of the days of the week come from.
