One place on this service keeps a child's birth details: a paid report bought for someone under eighteen. This is what we ask you to confirm before we keep it, what we write down when you do, and how to take it back.

The attestation
“I am this person's parent or legal guardian, and I consent to Swarn Siddhi keeping their birth details so that this report can be re-opened.” You choose parent or guardian; there is no third answer, because those are the two the law names.
Only when the report's subject is under eighteen, worked out from the date of birth you entered. Nothing changes for a report about an adult — no extra question, no extra record.
An attestation from nobody in particular is not worth recording. Signing in is what puts a real, verified account behind the statement, and it is the only reason we are willing to keep a child's details on the strength of it.
It is not an identity check. We do not ask for a document, we do not check a register, and we have no way to verify that you are the parent. Calling it a verification would be a claim we have not earned, so we call it what it is: an attestation, on the record, from a signed-in account.
The record
The account that made the statement, and whether they said parent or guardian.
A one-way fingerprint of the child's name and birth moment — enough to tell one subject from another and to find the reports it covers, and not itself a second copy of a child's details.
One stated purpose: keeping a paid report so it can be re-opened. Not a general permission, and not reusable for anything else we might build later.
The date and time it was given, and the date and time it was withdrawn if it has been. A withdrawn record is kept as a record — a decision you reversed is not the same as one you never made — but the data it allowed is gone.
If you do not give it
The report is generated and delivered exactly as it would be otherwise. Declining costs you nothing you paid for.
Long enough to read it, download it and print it. After that it is erased from our servers, and the link stops working.
It is not stored against your account, does not appear in your report history, and the AI assistant cannot find it later.
Where we cannot record who consented, the right answer is to hold less, not to hold it anyway and hope.
Withdrawal
Write to lapaasindia@gmail.com from the address your account uses, and we will withdraw it. This is the route that works right now, and it runs the same erasure a button would.
A Privacy screen listing every consent you have given, with its date, so you can withdraw one yourself. The withdrawal itself is already built and tested; the screen that calls it is not, and we are not going to describe it as though it were.
Withdrawing does not merely switch the permission off and leave the document sitting there. Every stored report about that child is deleted with it — the record we hold and the file itself — in one step, so there is no moment where the permission reads “withdrawn” and the report is still downloadable.
You do not have to withdraw first. Deleting the account removes the consent records and everything they covered.
